Been in an Accident?

You’ve been in an accident. There are two types of collisions; the driveable vehicle and the vehicle that’s not driveable (which means you’re going to need a tow truck). Obviously you want to call for help. If you have your cell phone with you, you want to call 911 or your local tow service.

If your car is driveable, you want to exchange information, get a police officer there and get a police report. It’s very important to get a police report whether the accident is your fault or not - especially if it’s not your fault. It’s amazing how many times the story changes after someone has a day to sleep on it.

Without reservation, we at the Germain group of auto dealerships, often refer our customers to Autocraft for their collision repair needs. We do this because they offer their customers excellent service and top-quality repairs. Autocraft genuinely treats their customers like family and that attitude is evident in every employee.
